General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Privacy Policy

Terms of delivery

When you enter into a treatment at My Eye Care Algarve, you agree to our terms of delivery, which relate to, among other things, payment obligations, insurance coverage and liability. We advise you to read these terms carefully before undergoing a treatment.

Payment: You will receive an invoice after your treatment, which you must pay immediately (pin or cash), after which you can submit it to your health insurer.

Insurance: Although we try to be as transparent as possible about reimbursements and the necessary documentation, we cannot guarantee that your claim will be approved by your health insurer. Each insurance has its own conditions and requirements for reimbursing medical costs.

Liability: My Eye Care Algarve is not liable for the reimbursement of treatments by your health insurer. It is your responsibility to check whether your insurance will reimburse the treatment and which documents they require.
