Of course we like to receive a compliment when we have helped you well. this motivates us! However, it can also happen that something does not go well or you are dissatisfied with something, so your feedback is important so that we can restore trust.

Complaint
If you have a complaint, you can discuss this with the relevant employee/medical specialist. It may of course happen that this does not have the desired effect or that you do not want to discuss the complaint with this person(s). It is then possible to submit your complaint to another employee. In consultation with you, he/she can submit a complaint on your behalf as you wish. If you cannot resolve it in this way, you can use the complaints procedure of My Eyecare Algarve.
The complaints procedure
My Eyecare Algarve has a complaints procedure. This procedure ensures that your complaint is given professional attention. The causes of the complaint are inventoried, registered and communicated to you. This can also contribute to improving the care of our clinic.
